AA is nothing but a racist policy as you are judging people by their skin color and when the people who wrote up AA, they wrote it to last only 20 years... BTW My family is from Italy (85%) and Spain (15%) and for federal/state jobs I can claim a minority status since I have family from Spain... but I used my disabled Veteran status instead. That liberal is not a "Latino" as a Latino (Latin Male) is from Latin Europe. No wonder he needs AA to help him... he has no sense of education.

I am a Russian immigrant living in the US and I hate niggers. Why doesn't the US government allow more white immigration in the US? Why are Mexicans, Hindus, Chinese etc are allowed to immigrate while white Europeans are discriminated against. Most present day Europeans especially Russians have had nothing to do with slavery.
