  • I am not certain I understand your question. I do not have a roller key on the whisper key key that touches my thumb.

  • terry what kind of crutch do you use because it looks like a very high quality and where did you get it

  • This crutch originally came when I purchased my Heckel bassoon.

  • Hey Terry,

What kind of bassoon do you even have?

  • I play a Heckel bassoon, however, in some of the instructional videos I am performing with a Fox student model bassoon.

  • how come your bell joint is as long as your long joint?

  • The longer bell joint is the same length of the long joint on my bassoon. This allows for the bassoon to fit in a smaller case, making internation travel less of a hassle.

  • Why do you have a roller on the whisper key that goes the opposite direction

  • @tewelltube A HECKEL BASSOON?! Just how much do you make O_O

  • I have a question. Usually, not all the time, when I play my bassoon, saliva comes out from the main fingerings. Can this really damage your instrument. (My bassoon case didn't come with a swab, I play for my school.)

  • I really want to learn to play the bassoon but I need to get a job to pay for one, seeing as our school band doesn't have a bassoon. This video series has confirmed by desire to play bassoon. You are a GREAT teacher!

  • Do you use an English Horn Bocal or a French Horn Bocal????
