@1337penguinking Every time he fixes it, things go very very wrong. Remember what happened in Logopolis? He went there in order to fix the Chameleon Circuit, and then the whole universe started imploding.

I'm pretty sure why this was cut is because the doctor should know the tardis' chameleon circuit is broken as it has been since episode one, and then got fixed, and then broke again
