I can't encourage anyone to do this, but I have heard tell that the old red Ontario health card DOESN'T HAVE A PHOTO OF THE CARDHOLDER ON IT. So that ANYONE can take one of the old red ontario health cards and walk into any ontario hospital and get FREE TREATMENT. I'm just saying is all. Honistly, the govt has to fix this shit!
