well if u wanted to fill in that extra white spots u could save it as PNG thats what i do... so i can edit it without those stupid colors interuping whatever :| lol

hummm.... how can i say well the head is too big his eye is square his neck is thin
the ear's are too much to the top but it's not baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad

With his shoulders being too small and his neck is too long, it makes goku look like a wimp with his shirt too big!(falling off) But the coloring is exellent! Muscular people give the illusion of small necks but it's really there muscles too big!

make his head longer,ears sholdn't be that high up, neck is too long and to small(needs to be much wider) and overall you made his head bigger than the rest of his body.... eyes are too square but atleast you got the hair somewhat right.... there are some tutorials on the net for drawing DBZ characters so i suggest that you read those.. but pretty good for a second try
