Toxic Talk (trailer)

Toxic Talk shows an actual restorative conference following a workplace incident, in which staff members demeaned their supervisor behind her back and in the presence of customers. The conference, by providing everyone involved with a structured setting to express their emotions freely and honestly, transformed the negative feelings created by the incident into positive ones. The process restored relationships and created a healthier work enviromnment. This restorative experience stands in stark contrast to the way most workplace conflicts are handled, where negative feelings fester and toxic talk persists.
