CVN kalari is not the last word of kalaripayattu. There are so many other methods which is far far better than CVN.

Wow! they have such speed, such agility, such flexibility. I wouldn't fight against them. they are really fit. this seems to be a really good kalari. M.P.Vasudevan Gurukkal seems to be an extraordinary man.

After about 5:30, the video shows weapon practice: kettu kari (staff), muchan (short stick), verum kai (long staff "against" shorter staff) and finally otta kol, the double-curved stick.

Verum kai starts at about 6:20, and looks very nice.
