But the fact of the matter is politicians should never have that power which is what the constitution was designed to prevent.

@lazychimp123 That's why I don't worry about it. I think the original story was more of "if you don't act terrible things will happen" rather than "do this or we will get a gun and force you". Which is how it reads.

Wake up people, we've been under emergency rule since FDR. Look up "Letter of John B. Nelson." Check out the information at usa-the-republic (dot) com. Either we get back to the Constitution NOW, or we probably never will.
