When you are busy updating your BIOS. Suddenly the electricity spikes and then totally goes out! Your PC dies before the new BIOS has been fully loaded. I have a GigaByte GA-8PE667 motherboard, and the DualBIOS feature is great! I had an issue with the main bios, and the backup bios is working well. I plan on flashing the bios back to normal sometime though.

@darkness2121 sure it is not normal.u can try to replace the cmos battery,then reset your comp a couple of times

i have dual bios on my comp,but,when i choose to boot from cd,the text intrerrupts for a moment.is it a problem??? i don't want to flash bios,tell me just a tweak!

@darkness2121 Check your cmos battery. If it's dead, your bios can't save itself.

It means that the backup bios has saved your ass! No I think it means that your main bios has failed and you should call your motherboard manufacturer.

I have a gigabyte motherboard and it doing the same thing as your video.

when i turn on my computer and it start to beep. After that the computer said " Warning: MAIN BIOS CHECKSUM ERROR! "

Then "BIOS Auto-Recovering....." But it keep doing it the same thing everytime i turn on my computer......is it normal?

If it has, it's successfully flashed it, but you may have flashed it with the wrong BIOS.
