This is exactly how I feel Droyd, except for the scene thing. I don't mind the scene really.
But yeah I listen to breakcore for its beats, because under all the noise that the average person hears, there is a structure and all the beats actually flow together in some sadistic way.

I consider some breakcore to be mostly "noise" indeed, but most of Snares' stuff does make sense to me. I really do think he has got his own style. Ok, Making Orange Things isn't exactly an average record but I still think there's interesting stuff on it (I really like Fire Beats!) Same goes for "A lot of drugs".
Noisy, but still pretty creative imho.

That's something pretty personal. I just feel that some like breakcore mainly for its noisy and chaotic nature while it goes beyond that for me.
For some reason, I pay really close attention to the breaks and "soundstructure" when I listen to this kind of music, and i get the feeling some (not all) don't really care about that at all.

i love the lighting at this show. especially in the video where he's playing doormouse megamix. that was the most awesome lighting display i've ever seen for a breakcore artist.
