Hi everybody, in this video I give you another excellent abs workout to add to your routine. It will target your oblique muscles, core, and abdominal muscles to give you that flat stomach and small v-shaped waist.   • @eclipse19890429 Hi, not a specific armpit fat video, but I do have one on love handles or back fat as some people call it. You may also want to lift weights to tone and strengthen your arms and upper body which will help pull skin in tighter and eliminate pockets of fat.

  • when doing ab moves in a V-sit, how can i feel the burn in my abs and NOT my back? thanks!

  • @decade241 Hi, adjust your body backwards a bit until you feel the tension in your tummy. You may be feeling it in your back because your back may also need toning. Remember to pull your tummy in toward your spine with the pelvic tilt whenever performing ab exercises.

  • hi...you look so happy welldone.I like these excersises...I just have 5 kilos to loose but believe me is hard.I used to be an athlete before but 2 years now I am a farmer(woman) that means tired but without excersising.I will try those excersises but my back αnd wrist are complaining sometimes.thank you!!!
