Bogie was one of a kind.
I came to appreciate his talent and acting range in 'In a Lonely Place' which is my favorite movie along with 'High Sierra'. Not just a tough guy. But a unique character.

I love this old wonderful black/white-movies. The 40s were the best decade of film-history. The best actors ever: Cary Grant, James Stewart, Katharine Hepburn, Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. Movies: Casablanca, The Philadelphia Story, It's a Wonderful Life, Arsenic and Old Lace, Notorious, The Maltese Falcon, Mr. Smith Goes To Washington, Bringing up Baby, Woman of the Year, Key Largo, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, All Through the Night, Angels with Dirty Faces, The Roaring Twenties

@RunningWithSkizors The first song is "Getting Sentimental Over You," played originally by Tommy Dorsey. I don't know who this trombonist is, but the tone is even sweeter than Dorsey's.

My all time favorite actor. I love all his movies. Thank god I have TCM & can watch movies from the 30s-70s. For the most part they don't make good movies anymore.
