The man you see at 13 secs isn't Rupert Murdoch, it's Robert Maxwell. He was another newspaper proprietor who eventually died in disgrace under mysterious circumstances after embezzling huge amounts of money. He was a powerful man who promoted his own wealth by lying, and doubtless felt right at home as a News International stockholder.
