Green Label Art Events: Haze

Legendary New York artist Haze blessed the city with an equally legendary event. The walls were covered with forty-eight individual canvases laid out in grids to create two enormous pieces. A who's-who of New York downtown scene showed up and the Dew was flowing as DJs Soul and Just Blaze traded sets throughout the night. Due to some technical difficulties the EPMD records Just Blaze was playing cut out... so we just had to bring them up on stage for a live show! As the surprise performance began, the backdrop displayed the first line art drawing of the EPMD logo Haze ever created for the duo. There were also a lucky few who were personally presented with a limited edition collaboration piece between Haze and Gabriel Urist. This was one for the books.
