I find this easy to masturbate to.

Flew on one of these in 2001 and in all honesty it was the worst flight of my life lol the seats were covered horrible,old,torn up leather. The air con was broke so it was impossible to get comfy and we had severe turbulence on landing

I always liked the look of this plane but I hear they were not very economical

i hate this, too old man.......

@efadaei.... never thought of the balance problem, it does make the bird top heavy.
-
@mcwolfus not economical and it throws off the balance during landing. Maybe Tristar is different but the DC10 and MD11 tri jets had a lot of crashes due to the design of the plane.
-
@ecw11563 Yep, your right.

@mcwolfus Actually, since you're starting with 2 engines, you're adding half of that, which is 1 engine. Not just a third more, a half more power. If you went from 3 to 2 then you'd be losing a third. And they are most certainly very lovely planes.
Great vid! Nice job, and it is a uniquely strange plane! 5/5

I flew on one to Toronto and back with Air Transat in 1997. It was my first time in an aeroplane and I knew nothing about them, but I remember the smooth ride and the wonderful roar of the RB211s on take-off and reverse thrust on landing.
