On Wednesday October 10, 2007 the ACT Chief Minister - Mr. Jon Stanhope MLA presented to the Gungahlin Community Council.

In this final part:
- Concerns from residents who want to move, buy and build in Forde. They are unable to buy a block of land or go to a builder and get a house and land package due to the way that the ACT Government is releasing land.
- Concerns of residents of Palmerston regarding Crace and extension of Nudurr Drive and related traffic pressures.
- Concerns regarding the Gold Creek Homestead TO ensuring that it will be retained for Community use and not a repeat of the Narrabundah Caravan park fiasco.
