Yeah .. not a bad version here .. not bad at all. May I also recommend the great Johnny Cash's version of this same song. JC gives it a 'revered' treatment .. with most-effective slower pace & pauses in places, for greater emphasis.

My relative Ira Stanphill wrote this song and it is a story of his childhood. Just wanted to make sure that the credit goes to him to the one who authored the song.
