i dont drink because i need confidence.. i drink because i am an insomniac and it has been a vicious circle.... i stop drinking i smoke week if i dont do either i take sleeping pills. Even if i spend 3 hours at the gym i cant sleep. i will try again because i beat myself up over it time and time again....cool to find a community with the same problems because before i hid it from everyone and felt very alone

I have to eat laxitives just to take a shit, I wake up so dry that I cant make spit, I would go to a rehab but I have a family that depends on my income, I never mix alchohol with work , but by the time I get home I'll have a half pint gone, by the time dinner is cooked Ill have the whole pint gone, then I start into beer. Im drunk right now. god help me.
