UAV Gameplay + possibly cheater? (battlefield bad company 2)

some random UAV gameplay.
then i have no idea how that guy got me with the tank, from the opposite side of the map and while i was moving pretty fast in the air? its almost impossible? or is it? well this guy did it. so you decide you tell me what you think, if he was just lucky or if you think it was a cheater.
