Sorry its been awhile since my last upload school is intense, on holidays now so did a mix though :)

Vertical seems to be getting better (two foot dunk on 9'6 for first time) but i took some time off plyometrics and need to get back into it!

@Pete32ify haha no it was as high as i said (9 foot and 9.5) there are measurements on the back of my hoop. it is merely the angle which the camera is on. also this is very old. have now dunked on full size have a ~33 inch vertical leap.
