@sunsetwinds1 chances are, it probably was. as a rule, dogs sense lightning a lot better than we do. it's been rumored that dogs can actually "Smell" a storm. something about it causes them to sense it. they'll usually do their best to get away from the lightning

@mikeydude319 I think she said, 11 and then on the 12th compression, instead of saying the number 12, she said to the dispatcher, "I love him", then resumed counting.

@Britneyfan06 With lightning striking like that, animals can sense it before it hits so they most likely ran off right before the lightning hit or otherwise they would have been stuck and died.
