One of Oldfield's non-album singles of 1984, a time when Mike was on his pop-trip, mostly notable for the Maggie Reilly smash hits 'Moonlight Shadow' or 'Family Man'. "Crime of Passion" featured Barry Palmer on vocals. Hey, what's wrong with the 1980's? Got my first kiss then :-)

Wonderful cover of this under rated classic. It first came ot just as I lost a good friend to what seemed to be a ;crime of passion' - only 16 years old. I listened to it endlessly at first and it stll brings tears to my eyes, Well done on a soulful cover.

A realy nice cover to a special song of Oldfield.

I think the song is so full of emotion, it's sad and deep, a story about life. everytime i hear it, it gets me.

Great that you give that one a cover, well done.

You should do it again, with another one, how about "Poison Arrows" ?

Well done, probably one of his most underrated songs..... yet one of the most beautiful. great cover, it's not very common to see Mike's covers on the net. I was looking for some cover on the solo but i'm happy i found this instead!! I'll keep searching, but it's seems it won't be easy!
