you can prefer the original but do not say that KT Tunstall is not a real singer or amateur because she is amazing.
And she doesn't copy the song she covers it, she has never pretend it was her song. She only pays tribute to the pretenders.

For some reason, I can't post a link to Chrissie's acoustic version of this song, which by the way is HER SONG. You'll just have to find it yourself on YouTube, which is very easy to do. See my prior post when you listen to it in terms of comparing KT's copy to Chrissie's original. I think KT just has an average voice where Chrissie has a very unique, stunning, voice.

Here's Chrissie Hynde's acoustic version. So much better than the version by this KT singer that they aren't even comparable. Chrissie just has a much better voice -- it's comparing a unique professional to an amateur. Nobody can duplicate the smokiness in Chrissie's voice, yet her voice is also so pure.

Not nearly as good as the original from Chrissie Hynde (especially her acoustic version). Why would anyone listen to this singer when Chrissie has a much better voice.
