  • it's no one inch punch but it's entertaining. What kind of board are you breaking?

  • @arhageman I know most people cant fucking read, the video is called once inch punch training. NO ONE can break boards at 1 inch when its hanging, and I do all kinds of wood. And glad you like it.

  • u break some little boards and u think ur black bruce lee?

i do mma for a living and your just living in a made up martial arts fantasy

  • @baka2004 that was 8 years ago. and I had no MMA experience at the time. some people will do anything to have a WIN on there record. And refuse to fight me in k-1 rules. . real warriors don't do cheap tricks.

  • @tonyvalente Ya lol you fucking tell him. this 1salasi guy is a no body. anybody can say they train this or do that over the internet, but Valente actually has fought, and has video proof of it, in the big show no less. Bitches be..Bitches.

  • bahahahahahaha !!!!!! FAILURE no where close to 1 inch punch douche bag :)))))))) hahahahahaha

  • @tonyvalente fair enough ill post one if thats what you want. and i did not refer to myself as an expert so ignorance will not get you anywhere

  • @RonzieRockstar2009 wheres your video mr. expert? exactly. !

  • @tonyvalente no offense but your one inch is flawed and sparring wont prove it right... you pull back your strike before you make it contact, the one inch is just a short Burt of explosive, torque, kinetic, mass, and conversion energy along side Chi, your just gaugeing your distance of and inch and pulling back to do a regualy karate punch,

  • ahh.. Tony Valente, i thought that name sound familiar,.. i saw ur video on K-1 fight.. good stuff mate.

  • @TheoryOfFighting You would have to spar with me to understand.

  • @TheoryOfFighting The video is titled one inch punch training. No one can do 1 inch from a free hanging target. but it helps your punch when you shorten it.
