This is the best of the whole soundtrack. Those four chords are filled with such emotion, they always make me think of John.

This makes me think of John, alone in 221b. He can't move out, he just can't. He can't move anything. It's exactly how Sherlock had left it. His limp is back again, and so is the twitch in his left hand. He's there wishing miracles did happen; John needs danger in his life. And now he missed the battlefield even more; when he walked with Sherlock, that's what he saw.
