Chancellor Michelle Rhee's Top 3 Learnings

Michelle Rhee--Chancellor of the DC Public Schools and Teach For America alumnus (Baltimore '92)--was invited to speak at the Alumni Induction for the TFA '08 DC Region corps, who had just finished their 2-year commitment.
