  • Thanks for the new Matsuura large verticals info RMF - it turned up today.

The V.Plus-2000 vertical - does that hold 2500kg on the table?

Also, is the BT50 700nm torque spindle the same for both machines?

    Cheers

  • Greetings Zak,

Indeed it does & yes it is.

Please let me know if you require any further info sending.

    Cheers

    RMF

  • Matsuura make fantastic machine tools - I think the H.Plus-630 is the best BT50 horizontal on the market and I am glad my boss saw sense and bought them.

I got him to watch the Komet head / H.plus-630 video the other day - I could see the cogs wurring in his head about the possibilities.

Any news on a Matsuura 800mm pallet horizontal?

    thanks again

  • Greetings fastcut,

Matsuura already produce an 800mm2 pallet horizontal - called "H.Plus-800".

I do not have much info on the UK website about this machine, but Matsuura Japan have a H.Plus-800 page on their website. When I get a minute I will copy the data & post it on the UK website. In the meantime if you send me your address via the UK site I will send you a brochure on all H.Plus models -assuming you do not have it already?

    Thanks for the post

    Cheers

  • Plus, if a company or an individual is still using a Matsuura machine of any age, we never consider the machine to be "obselete".

Take a look at our website in the News section - there is a story there about a company called Qualtronic in Scotland - they have just had a 21st birthday for their Matsuura 500V, originally supplied to machine aerospace components. 21 years later & it is still producing A1 aerospace / medical components & has only stopped for unscheduled maintenance 5 times.

  • Greetings rrw

Yes if you send me the serial number I can check with Japan & ascertain every detail of this machine - from its QA inspections & test results during its build to its present owner.

As you saw at our Open House, we have a massive & extensive spares department here in the UK that supports the whole of Matsuura Europe - with all critical spares immediately available for despatch within 24 hours - for all Matsuuras, irrespective of age.

  • Wow... so these machines have been designed with the concept to last a long time! Fantastic. :D Must be a thrill to work with them.

  • I swear, is the Matsuura company a billion dollar business. Like look at thos machines, this is heavy shit were looking at, Robots like in the year 2600.

  • Thanks for the info RMF.

BTW - we have located a PC5 ES450HII machine in France for sale - would you have details on this machine if I sent you the serial number?

Would Matsuura UK support this machine, & if so do you carry spares for obselete Matsuura's?

Sorry about the questions - seems like all I do is ask you stuff.

    Thanks again.

  • Greetings rrwcncedm,

I will ask the permission of the Owner if I can use more footage of the MAtsuura H.Plus-405 PC17.

The ES450HII would pose significant questions with regards to adding it to a Linear Pallet System - one of them being the NC. In truth, I do not know if this is possible.

I think the best bet in your case, as previously discussed, is to upgrade your PC2 machine for a PC5.

either that or invest in a new one ...(I can help with this! ...LOL)

    Thanks for the post.
