I did this workout on demand and it works straight to the point.

I came across Mr Johnson on my cable's "On Demand" Exercise TV section back in April. His routines have helped a lot for me to get in better shape. I did the cardio routine he has with the Dallas cheerleaders and at the end of a month I could wear a pair of pants I couldn't at the beginning. :) I'm now doing the cardio and abs video featured on demand from his boot camp and am loving it. My abs area is a lot flatter now days and shirts fit so nice and I can even wear medium's now. :) Love him!

Wow. yeah, I found out about this guy on wifeswap or trading spouses whatever one. That lady really coulda used you. FOR FREE. anyways, im in ROTC one more semester, but not contracting so i gotta get out, but as soon as this semesters over with im gonna stay in the game with this DVD, didnt know i could order it. Thanks Sir.
i really want to be a dallas cowboy cheerleader but im 13 and im a diabetic type two ! i really am trying to seat a goal to achevie for the dallas cowboys and i really want to know the workout routine that they use i know that they have the vidoe but is it safe for me

As with anyone starting a new exercise program, especially one with a medical condition, it is VERY IMPORTANT to consult your physician! I train these women five days a week with this exact system!
Please be healthy-please proceed as your doctor and parents advise you!
