Well, there is something at 0:17 to 0:20 in the right side of the screen. It´s difficult to decide anything from that short clip, but you have the original footage in a better quality than here.
Your video is recorded in NTSC format and that is 30 frames per second.
When you upload a video to YT, the video will be converted to the flash format (*.flv), and that is only 12 frames per second.
The white cloud background gets too much light and you should adjust lightness and shutter speed.
