I think you might be responding more to what she wrote on Twitter, rather than to this video, right? I was really confused by what you wrote until I read Dr Ruth's Twitter comments. I still don't agree with your comments about religion, but now I have the context. I totally get your feeling that it's not cool to "jump on" an Olympic athlete's mom (or probably anyone's mom!) but at the same time, isn't it kind of great that Dr Ruth uses every opportunity to educate about relationships and sex?
