i went to the doctors and they said i had milia but im pretty sure i don't have milia might have to go again i have it alot in my arms no puss in them can anyone help

I tried the needle but it didn't work so I pulled it off with a nail nipper and it bled and now it's a scab :(

I didnt know it was Milia and when i was washing my face I actually got a kind of scrubber and scrubbed it (under my lips above my chin) really hard until it started bleeding... now its healed but its kind of hard... Any way to prepare for a dermatoligist? or to fix it back to original state??
