German "Gramola" portable phonograph playing record.
The "Gramola" name was a German company making these machines for sale in Austria. The label on the machine itself reads "DIE STIMME SEINES HERRN" which is the famous HMV / "HIS MASTERS VOICE".
The record itself is also a 1920 German "Polyphon" label issue #30456 of the Polyphon Orchestra playing Fledermaus-Quadrille op. 363 by Johann Strauss II.
