@hipnotikz1 FOllow the on screen instructions. I don't think vivAz works the same way with this phone. Or you can try updating from your phone itself.

What did you do when you'll end up drain batteries? because in my w910i, it drains battery during the updating process, and now i have a big problem, because my phone doesn't turned on, also it can't display optimized charging and charging display.

u chkout in your device manager vn u connect uvr fone to system. there is a unknow driver. update that driver and repeat the update manager. try it...
