5 gallon (18.7L) unit if you need to chill about 35 gallons ( 132 L) or less per day
2 gallon (7.5L) unit for chilling 12 gallons (45 L) or less per day
Chill from 190F(88C) to a SAFE 40F(5C) in just 6-7 minutes in our 2 gallon unit and in 8-9 minutes in our 5 gallon unit. Our units are NSF approved.
