HEALTHY TRANSITIONAL PRODUCTS
This video recipe includes a few packaged products that are healthier alternatives to your typical packaged food items. Great for transitioning!!
This is not a raw or vegan recipe as it includes honey and some roasted nuts. Everything is organic, non-dairy, and gluten-free.

NON-DAIRY GLUTEN-FREE ORGANIC SNACK RECIPE
~Serves 3~
6 Cookies
3 Granola Bars
6 tbsp Peanut Butter
4 tbsp Royal Jelly Honey
1/4 tsp VitaMineralGreen
handful of non-dairy Chocolate Chips

Cut up granola bars into pieces and place with cookies on plate. Spread peanut butter and honey on each item. Sprinkle VitaMineralGreen on each item. Top with chocolate chips and serve :) ENJOY!!

Here's a rundown on the products:
ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER: organic roasted peanuts.
ROYAL JELLY inside RAW HONEY.
ORGANIC CHOCOLATE CHIPS: cane sugar, cacao mass, cacao butter.
ORGANIC CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES: gluten-free flour blend (brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, potato starch, amaranth flour), palm sugar, dark choc chips (cane sugar, cacao paste, cacao butter, non-gmo soy lecithin, vanilla), palm fruit shortening, tapioca syrup, water, yellow split pea flour, ramon seed powder, coconut oil, prune extract, chia seeds, vanilla, sea salt, baking soda, xanthan gum, carob powder, rice bran extract.
ORGANIC GRANOLA BARS: granola (rolled oats, sugar cane juice, soy oil), tapioca syrup, roasted peanuts, acacia gum, sea salt, sugar cane juice, tocopherols, molasses.
VITAMINERALGREEN: nettle leaf, horsetail, alfalfa leaf juice, dandelion leaf juice, barley grass juice, oat grass juice, barley grass, wheat grass, american basil, holy basil, moringa leaf, yacon leaf, nopal cactus, chickweed, ginger root, broccoli juice, kale juice, spinach juice, parsley juice, carob pod, amla berry, spirulina, chlorella, icelandic kelp, dulse, nori, alaria, bladderwrack, protease, amylase, lipase, celluase, bromelain, papain, alpha-galactosidase, shilajit, energies, probiotics, love.

Obviously this isn't something you'd want to eat daily as it is cooked and high in sugar and fat; although the better of the sugars and fats out there. But it is definitely a better alternative to what you'll find in typical packaged cookies or granola bars.
