Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations (2008) - Sri Lanka, Part 1 of 3

Anthony Bourdain, famed chef and writer visited Sri Lanka in December 2008 to meet the locals and most importantly, to sample the delicious food. He didn't get to visit the North to sample the famed Jaffna cuisine (the war was still on), but still managed to give a good overview of the cuisine and life in Sri Lanka.

@Tharindu87: He was there just before the War ended, so missed out on Jaffna cuisine. Perhaps he'll return to taste what he missed out on his first trip.

hey anthony, i thought chu jst hate ma country , after i saw a travel program you did with another sri lankan on tv . u went 2 1 of our food shops in colombo, n when u saw da meals, 2 me, ur face depicted lot's of discust. bt am happy u do not think lik dat. cz i do not like people critisizing ma motherland! nice vid, thanks alot.
