This is a whole decade after Quartey's best years and he still looks deadly. The jab he revealed against Jung-Oh Park in '95 is the fastest jab of all time. Of all time. In the years between 1991 and 1996, I truly believe Ike Quartey could have fought evenly with SSR, Duran, Chavez, even Robinson because his jab was invisibly fast.

Was with Ike and his camp for his fight with Verno Phillips. Rock solid. Can't see how anyone could get away from that jab.
