@totalhealth4life the majority of your nutrient should come from your food, not pills. 60 pills a day is absurd as jmyjms86 said.

@armoguy94 I eat plenty of food.....all organic and free range. All health experts know the severe depletion of the vitamins and minerals in our food now, as compared to 50 years ago because of pesticides, GMOs, poor soil, etc. demands the need for supplementation. It's about 25 kinds of pills, 2 x a day. My state of health, a 56 yr. old with a 30 yr old body, is, in a big part due to supplementation.
