Four Marines clear a portable toilet during a field operation in Okinawa, Japan. These Marines had nothing better to do then to practice the knowledge they learned from a PME on their own time.

All of this video was filmed by myself. When I can, I'll get the names of the Marines who participated in this, and they'll get credit for this.

I thank Lt. Morales for coming up to me when I had my camera out, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to shoot this.

Enjoy the video!

  • OMG!!!!

    where in OKI is this???!

  • @MrKickaroo It was up in CTA, south of Schwab and north of Hansen.

  • @CrownedChaos I was a PFC at the time this was taken; currently a terminal corporal.

  • first of all many people can you fit in a bathroom thing and what the heck are you doing shoveing all those people in there

  • @lewis1726 Okay, you're definitely looking at things from the wrong perspective. I didn't put these Marines in there. They put themselves in there. The video was made as a joke for some of the training we were getting at the time and is in no way putting anyone involved in danger. My advice: grab a beer, kick back, and relax knowing that the people that proudly serve our country are finding creative ways to retain their sanity.

  • meanwhile in Afghanistan.....

  • 0:22 - 0:25 Soldier 1: Frag out!!!!!

Soldier 2: OH SHIT!!!! *all vacate*

  • @icecreeper4 Yup, ditto. I think this took place right before my unit headed up to the same location for JWT.

  • @TasteForDisaster depends on your unit, your MOS, what base you're at, etc.

One thing to know: if you head to the main islands of Japan, and then go to Okinawa, or vise-versa, you will see that the two places are almost entirely different countries.

  • @funnymanize You can fit in almost twice that number if they don't have any gear on!

  • @daspense When you can move more than 10,000 Marines and their gear from a series of bases scattered over various Japanese islands to one or two smaller bases in Guam in less than 24 hours, you let us know.

  • @KyoraStryker Jungle Warfare Training! And it never fails: the weather tends to suck for everyone.
