What is cool in this Fairfield boot camp workout you don't need any machines, or equipment to do these. All body weight exercises.

You are going to burn some major calories while doing this workout.

So check out the exercises below...


1) Lateral Jumps - Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Squat down, then jump up and over to one side. Land safely, then squat down and jump up and back to the other side. Continue back and forth.

2)Alligator Push Ups - Start in the regular push up position. Walk one hand forward then do a push up. Walk the other hand forward and do a push up. Continue for the entire duration

3) Reverse Lunges - Step back and drop one knee down. Keep your weight centered and your head and shoulders up. Step up, then step back down with the same leg.

4) Supine Leg Holds - Lie on your back with your hands under your butt. Extend your legs out and hold them 6 inches off the ground. Keep them there for the entire duration

5) Arm Swings - Stand with your feet together. Swing your arms hard from your shoulders. Elbows are bent at 90 degrees. The whole arm swings. No karate chopping.


Finisher

1) Wood Chopper - Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, and your arms up over your head to one side. Squat down and bring your arms across your body just like you were chopping wood. Then stand up and raise your arms back up. Switch sides with your arms at halfway.

3) Side Lunges - Lunge to the side. The side you are leaning towards has the leg bent. The other leg stays straight.

4) Run in place

5) Wood Chopper - Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, and your arms up over your head to one side. Squat down and bring your arms across your body just like you were chopping wood. Then stand up and raise your arms back up. Switch sides with your arms at halfway.
