Thanks for the support Falcons fans!

This one is a classic, the Falcons have a defensive Duel with the Giants, but the Giants barely squeaked out a win here. The Falcons were led by Steve Bartkowski, who's carrer was spiraling towards an end, and the Giants were led by short lived starter Scott Brunner and were coached by legendary Bill Parcells, this game was exciting and went into overtime.

  • Giants went 3-12-1 in 1983. Many players from this game went on win the Super Bowl 3 years later. There is a young Giants assistant in this game. Bill Bellichick.

  • upload more New York Giants games from 1981-86

  • I was never a baseball fan, so I never heard Jack Buck call any St. Louis Cardinals games. But I listened to him quite a lot on CBS Radio because he called Monday Night Football games with Hank Stram for many years. Excellent broadcaster. Nice to see him calling this game with Madden on TV. Thanks for the upload!

  • @wwegod2724 Man how I miss the days when September 11 was just another day on the calendar.

  • Rob Carpenter was a very underrated running back, his first 5 years he had to back up Earl Campball at Houston but he still had about a dozen 100 yard games in his career and ran for about 160 yards in the 1981 playoff game against the Eagles.

  • @DalekPlague all legendary broadcasters i only wish jack's son had even an OUNCE of talent that his father had

  • @TheAntihero6212 Summerall must have been broadcasting US Open Tennis.

  • Jack Buck (St. Louis Cardinals -- baseball), Vin Scully (Los Angeles Dodgers), and Curt Gowdy (Boston Red Sox) all had one thing in common. They both called MLB games for specific teams and yet announced NFL games. They were not as bad and my hats off to them.

  • the G-Men were horrible that year as they went 3-12-1. I love those uniforms I wish they use them for throwbacks.

  • @wwegod2724
