I guess you could say we sued last month if a letter of demand counts as a lawsuit; the next step in the escalation process would I guess follow the letter of demand....should they fail to negotiate acceptably.

I have a huge hearing on my free press case on 5 December 1p in Concord Federal.... you know that Judge McConnell is hearing the case now that ALL JUDGES have recused themselves... not only Landya B. McCafferty who worked at Kelly Ayotte's law firm of McLane Graf (same as Defense Counsel Jack Middleton and NH Bar President Jennifer Parent) but other judges whom I never accused of impropriety.
