  • thank you so much, I am suffering from neck and shoulder and upper back pain.... I am not sure if it's my mattress or pillow but it gives me tense neck and headaches.... also my posture I think... I use computers a lot!

  • I didn't realize how inflexible I'd become, but this was actually almost to deep on some of these stretches to chill and watch breathing haha! Apparently I need to start with the beginner course.
