Top notch, very coool! Would there be any noticeable efficiency and max range gain by doing away with the tranny & clutch and mounting the motor right onto the differential? What about replacing the axle with hydraulic pump running each rear wheel, to reduce mechanical friction losses for efficiency gain? Seems you ought to be realizing 100-150 mile range with relatively slippery body and top-shelf motor, controller & Lithium batteries. Are you running synthetic tranny & axle oils?
