Original Kelsey Smith Briggs Story (True Story)

This is the original video made in early August, 2007, and it's still true today. The only mistakes are that Kelsey was referred to as Kelsey Briggs. That was never her name. And it was proven at Raye's trial that Kelsey broke her legs while with her paternal grandmother, Kathie Briggs.

Also, it was assumed that Kelsey's stepmother wanted to take Kelsey from Raye because she was always seen with her. It's been discovered that Kelsey's father "didn't want to be bothered with Kelsey" so her stepmother had to take her with her every time she left the house. This is one misconception that has recently come to light with new witness accounts that Lance Briggs "didn't want to be bothered" with his daughter.
