Throws it inside his coat. In the edited out bit the phone is taken and put in the bottle for the final shot.

@iiKiLL4FuN He has a dummy bottle with phone already in (all he has to do is find someone with the same phone and drink to do the trick on and probably has a few to cover various combinations). The bottle already has a phone in before he starts, u can see it already in the bottle at 0:11. The guy behind him in the glasses takes the real bottle and phone between the cut at 0:21 and using a bottle with gimmicked bottom puts the real phone in for the final shot of it ringing inside the bottle

magnetic ring to keep phone in place INSIDE the bottle then throws the phone inside his jacket and releases his hand off the bottle so that they phone falls down...
