And also saying Kansas lost because in the 2nd half they couldn't shoot is wrong, they're defense couldn't hold jcovan brown and Texas defense contained the Morris twins pretty well. Kansas was outscored around 51-25 in the second half, maybe Kansas shot poorly, but that 51 was on their defense.

@TheCarGarZar Morris twins never said anything about Texas getting lucky. And I guarantee you that poor play was due to the fact that they were mentally and physically exhausted. They played so well in the first half because they were playing inspired basketball (for Thomas Robinson), and they completely depleted whatever energy they had. All I'm saying is that Texas didn't get KU's full effort. I'm not taking anything from Texas. They're a GREAT team.

@TheCarGarZar One more thing...If you don't think that staying up late to help a distressed team mate had nothing to do with them losing then you're dilusional. KU is better than they played. Again, I'm not taking anything from Texas. I'm just saying that this comment: "Cmon people...accept a loss, yeah they were up at 3 am and shit, whatever. If that were truly a factor then why did they play well for the first half?" is dumb. It's called adrenaline (Playing for your team member).

@nilladiscgolfer u say u arent taking anything from Texas, but u are, saying that "Texas didn't get KU's full effort" does in fact degrade the win. That is almost exactly the equivalent of "Kansas played like crap today so we can excuse that and we shouldnt give Texas too much credit". What ur basically saying is that Texas didn't beat Kansas, Kansas beat themselves and Texas wasn't a part of it. I'm sick of the excuses from some fans maybe not u, but ppl trying to put em down after a great win.
