Years back before the 2008 Crisis I heard economists who were positive on the US economy stating that there were no problems useless the Debt to GDP ratio went above 92%. Its now 105% and rising. Its makes you think if the US can really escape their debt problem.

If they can't escape their debt problem there is a likelihood that foreign banks will drop the trillions of US dollars they how and the whole US economy will implode. I hope not, as it will affect everyone in the world.

Between 1999 and 2012 the world stopped reading magazines and newspapers. Most people now get their news online for free. Obviously this needed to be adjusted...

I can just as easily cherry pick an example. Ten years ago I would have spent $3500 to buy a TV that I could buy for $350 today. Does that mean that we've had %1000 deflation? Of course not.

It is great to see Peter Schiff treated as a person worth talking to seriously, finally.

Um, 100k a year is middle class. I make that, and I buy my own gas and groceries. Those that make 100K don't have servants.

Guess these people dont do their own grocery and house items shopping. Nor buy gas. But then when you make 100,000 dollars a year you don't have to do your own shopping.
