how are kettlebells used to cure back pain?
-
If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, or whatever it may be, there is a really great read called "Healing Back Pain" by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys, without a doubt, the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT "about" anatomy in general. You can google his name - don't have to buy the book. I tried chiropracty, massage, cortizone, exercise, etc. P.S. I've had 2 discectomies in the past - didn't know better, and....yeah, it's a really worthwhile read.

what about a disc that has lost pretty much all its fluid, cushion, content in its center (pulposis)? does it stimulate new growth of the pulposis?
does this work for degenerative disc disease?

In many cases it can significantly alieviate the pain and increase the hydration of the disc in DDD patients.

This is for real and it does work for a number of back issues. Without a full exam, it is impossible to know if it is the right thing for you.
