Jack is full of shit. Didn't he and ALL Americans consistently voted to lower his taxes? Then don't complain that the Feds can't do their jobs. Americans have gone insane:
Take money from teachers, then complain about bad schools.
Defund the road works, then be surprised be surprised when bridges collapse? (was there surprise when the levees broke? nope that was .... glee! just black people dying, so they didn't care.
Defund the TSA, then complain bout blown up planes.

GREAT VIDEO - Absolutely spot on, someone needed to say this - It's the truth, and since 9/10th of our population has never been to Arizona, they just don't understand. Meanwhile the LA City Council voted not to do business with AZ companies? Wow, ridiculous, LA City has no business doing business with anyone, they are broke, and probably wouldn't pay the bill anyway! This insane political correctness is the problem.
